    Before your charter commences, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with your crew and talk about the wonderful week ahead and your individual needs. Your private charter team make it their priority to ensure that you enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

    Our crews fully embrace their lifestyle jobs on board our catamarans. With eagerness to share their passion of sailing techniques, knowledge & enthusiasm of the remarkable and unique places explored during the week; your crew team will be the best personal tour guides for your vacation experience all while continually offering their services, kindness and care to ultimately create an exceptional vacation experience for you.

    Crew attend an extensive training program designed and perfected over the years by our experienced team to ensure guests experience spectacular and luxurious sailing adventures.

    Along with demonstrating excellent boat handling skills, the crew teams pride themselves on keeping the interior and exterior of their yacht impeccably clean and tidy. All captains must have a minimum of the Yachtmaster Offshore certification with commercial endorsement, STCW safety training, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on similar vessels in the charter industry. All first mates / private chefs have a strong passion for culinary delights with at least 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, along with the STCW safety training certification. At least one of the crew team will be Divemaster certified.

    An amazingly talented Captain, Amy always loves going on adventures with the guests and being super active through the whole charter. Following in the footsteps of her father who was a Yachtmaster Instructor and longtime captain in the Caribbean, sailing is in her blood. Captain Amy also spent a season teaming with her mum who was Chef on charter, which was such an incredible experience to spend this time together!

    Chef Adam is incredibly talented in the kitchen creating beautifully presented delicious delights all through the week. Before your arrival, our team will confirm your dietary needs, dislikes and any allergies so we may adjust the menu to suit your individual tastes and needs. During a week with Chef Adam, a highlight for guests is learning how to master the skill of rolling sushi.

    With a positive and adventurous outlook in everything that he does, a week with Deckhand Warren aboard will surely be an exciting experience. Guests exploring the spectacular destination together during a week filled activities such as snorkeling, SCUBA diving, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, beach hiking, learning how to sail and so much more. This will be an unforgettable vacation adventure and surely one of the most memorable experiences of your year.

    I’ve spent the last 20+ years professionally, understanding and helping companies perfect a great Customer Experience. I thought I was the expert in CX, but it turns out your crew aboard our sailing adventure could easily write their own book on the topic. Amy is a capable, lovable, likable, Captain and exudes confidence and command during critical phases of sailing for the safety and comfort for all onboard. She’s a wonderful entertainer and leader. I suspect she’s one of the very best in the fleet. Adam was warm, wonderful, and extremely engaging. HIs culinary skills are amazingly superb. Some of the best food we’ve eaten on land or sea. The chemistry between Adam and Amy was playful and fun, but professional. Warren is a bit quieter, but there to hear and serve every need. He is the perfect complement to the trio onboard. Warren will have a bright future in sailing – just a great all-around guy! Your company clearly has a well-honed and perfected product. We’re so very happy to have experienced it with our wonderful hosts.

    Captain Amy, Chef Warren and Deckhand Warren made this trip magical for us. They gave the extra mile on every aspect of the trip from activities, food to drinks. Two weeks after our vacation we are still talking about them as they were definitely the best part of the trip!!!

    It was one of the most fantastic vacations I’ve ever had! It was so unique and relaxing with no TV, internet or cell service I felt like I was in another universe! I also have never experienced such wonderful customer service – our crew were amazing and made us feel like kings and queens! Adam’s meals were off the charts – delicious and beautiful at the same time. Warren kept us busy all week snorkeling among the reefs in the clear, turquoise water. Sitting in the dolphin chair on the open sea were highlights, but our daily “Captain’s Cocktails” with Amy and dinner were my favorite part of the day! This was definitely a bucket-list trip that I didn’t even know it was on my bucket list!
